Prayer for the week:

If you are the First-born, Lord; if you are the Path-blazer, Redeemer, the Promise of things to come… if you are the Bridegroom, the Forerunner, the Beloved, the Way… if you are our Guide to an eternal home - and you are - then we ask that you take us along! We pray that you’ll keep us with you. We pray you’ll be patient with your clumsy siblings. We pray you’ll teach us how to love. We pray you’ll teach us how to live. Amen! Amen.
